Q: What does a wedding planner do?

A:  A Simply Wed Events consultant assists the bride, groom, and their families in organizing any aspects of their wedding necessary.
    For those just getting started, this can include recommending reception sites or vendors such as a florist or photographer, all the way through to seeing the couple off on their honeymoon Others may feel fine with planning some aspects of their wedding themselves, but they'd rather have someone else handle other areas. Still other couples wish to plan their entire wedding themselves, but they understand the value of having someone supervise and handle any decisions or problems at the rehearsal and on the wedding day itself.
    In all cases, the consultant's job is to take on all the stressful aspects of your wedding and to help you relax and focus on the important part - getting married! No matter what level of service you require, Simply Wed Events can help you - whether you just got engaged last week, or you're walking down the aisle next week!
 
 
 

Q: What makes Simply Wed Events unique?

A: As someone who has been planning her own wedding since she can remember, Jaime Lawton wanted to find a way to share her love and knowledge of weddings with those around her. The result is a consultant who is not only extremely organized and professional, but someone who truly loves weddings and emotionally invests in every couple she works with.
    "Many people get engaged without ever really thinking about what they want their wedding to be like. My job is to help you develop a vision of what you want, and then help you find creative ways to make it happen. Whether you have a very clear vision or only the vaguest ideas,  I can help you make your wedding perfect for you."
    "My deepest wish is to find out what each couple's ideal wedding would be like,  and top that. Weddings are often complicated affairs, but in the end, they should be about the two people getting married. Q: I'm getting married out of town. Can I still use your services?

A: Of course! While we are based out of Philadelphia, we are happy to work with couples planning destination weddings. Whether you'd simply like some advice or you'd prefer a consultant to travel with you to serve as a hands-on coordinator, we are happy to accomodate your needs. Contact us for more details.

A: For our starting prices, head to the Pricing Options section of our Web site. But please note: Our goal is to make our services fit into your budget, no matter what it is. Tailoring our services to meet your specific needs also includes tailoring our prices and payment options to meet your budget.
