In addition to the services provided in your selected Service Plan, there are many others that
Simply Wed Events can provide. If you do not see something listed that you’d like us to coordinate
for you, just ask!
Please note that if you select services from the list below prior to signing the contract, they will be
added to your Service Plan, and new version of the Service Agreement will be drawn up to include your additional services.
If you require any additional services be added to your Service Plan after signing the contract, they will be billed
at the À La Carte rate ($30 an hour) and a statement for those services will be invoiced on the date of your event.
Out-of-Town Guest Coordination:
- Book blocks of rooms in selected accomodations.
- Track guest booking/arrival and confirm with accommodations that all is in order.
- Design, purchase, assemble and deliver welcome gifts to accommodations.
- Pre-Wedding Assistance:
- Assist
in selection and purchase of attendants' and parents' gifts.
- Assist in selection and purchase of wedding favors.
Pre-Wedding Assistance:
- Assist
in selection and purchase of attendants' and parents' gifts.
- Assist
in selection and purchase of wedding favors.
- Assist in selection
and purchase of other wedding items: toasting flutes, ring bearer pillow, additional non-floral decor items, etc.
- Design, purchase, assemble and deliver baskets of amenities to reception cite bathrooms.
- Program design and printing.
- Other
stationary design and printing: labels for welcome bags, table numbers, place cards, etc.
- Arrange for child care or babysitting services during ceremony/reception.
Additional Event Coordination:
- Rehearsal dinner
- Pre-wedding welcome events: luncheon,
spa day, city tours, etc.
- Bridal shower or Jack-and-Jill shower
- Engagement party
- Bachelor
or bachelorette parties
- Post-wedding after-party
- "After glow" or "morning-after"brunch
Post-Wedding Services:
- Return
rental items and/or attire
- Bring bridal gown to cleaners
- Oversee removal of all items from reception site to a designated place.
Other Services:
- Additional
hours of service on the wedding day.
- Coordinate newspaper announcement
- Assemble and/or mail invitations
